A few weeks back I had the pleasure of attending Westside Provisions fashion show, A Really Good Strut. The pre-show was catered by the districts award-winning restaurants and cocktails were provided by Georgia Crown. Promptly at 7 pm, the first model walked down the runway.
Westside Provisions fashion boutiques, including Anthropologie, Bilt-House, Calypso St. Barth, Free People, G. Gilbert, Kane Boutique, and Pure Barre, dressed their models with this seasons latest fashions and Dragonfly Salon provided the models makeup and hair.
The best part of the event was a portion of the evening’s proceeds benefitted Friends of Atlanta Waterworks, a Park Pride “Friends of the Park” group working to re-open a parcel of greenspace near WSPD at Huff & Howell Mill Road, and The Furniture Bank of Metro Atlanta, a nonprofit that recycles gently used furniture and gives it families moving out of homelessness or struggling to make ends meet.
I would like to extend a huge thank you to the Westside Provisions team for inviting me out to this years event! Next years fashion show can’t come soon enough!
